Upon receipt of your application, you will be scheduled for a short interview with Kelli Killen, the Director of Human Resources.
If it is determined that you will move forward in the hiring process you will be provided with a folder of employment forms at the end of your interview to complete and return, including instructions on how to schedule your background check.
Once the background check results have been received, about 10-14 days after your fingerprinting appointment, a Temporary Employment Agreement will be sent for signature and your name will be added to the substitute list.
Rates of Pay for Day-to-Day Substitute Teachers, Para-Educators, and Nurses
The following rates of pay are for day to day substitutes in SAU 50 schools. Rates are based on half days (4 hours or less) or full days (4 hours and up to the standard length of a school day).
